Bokhara Matot

Bokhara-matot kudotaan Belutchistanissa ja Uzbekistanin, Turkmenistanin ja Afganistanin eri osissa. Turkmenistanin mattoihin kuuluvat Basjir, Salor, Tekke-Bochara, Jolam-Bocharaband, Ersari, Tjaudor ja Yomut, jotka ovat esimerkkejä bokhara-tekniikasta. Turkmenistanin alueita, joissa näitä mattoja kudotaan, ovat mm. Ashkabad, Bakharden, Geok-Tepe, Kizyl-Arvat ja Merv. Syvän punainen ja kaikki punaiset sävyt lilasta ruskeaan ovat hallitsevia värejä. Toistuvat kahdeksankulmiot, vinoneliöt ja yomut-kuviot ovat joitain näiden mattojen tunnusmerkkejä. Mattojen loimi on aina villaa.
